    Please read carefully the following general terms and conditions of use of our site before purchasing any service.

    1. ABOUT US

    The company INVENTICS A.E is based in Thessaloniki/Greece at the 9th km Thessaloniki-Thermi, building THERMI II, PC 57001, VAT nr EL099772572, FAE Thessaloniki and is registered with EOT (Greek Tourism Organisation) under reg.no 0933Ε60000074600.

     

    1. ACCEPTANCE OF GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    The general terms and conditions which are mentioned, apply to all services that are being displayed and offered from INVENTICS A.E to users via the web page www.worldtravel.gr. Making a booking or using any service offered via www.worldtravel.gr, the user acknowledges and accepts these general terms and conditions.

     

    1. RESERVATION / CONFIRMATION

    After the completion of the relevant fields of the reservation form on www.worldtravel.gr, the user gives specific order to INVENTICS A.E to mediate between the user and the provider for the service requested. INVENTICS A.E – worldtravel.gr is exclusively mediates between users and providers and the liability is limited only to complete this obligation. The responsibility for the fulfillment of the agreements that were made via the website belongs to each provider solely.
    Every successful booking process is followed by a confirmation email with a unique reservation code. To complete the process, it is necessary to issue or save the relevant voucher. It is mandatory to bring the voucher to the hotel reception on your arrival date.
    The user is obliged to immediately check the correctness of the confirmation information (name, dates, destination, room type, etc.) and inform INVENTICS A.E of any errors made during the registration. Www.worldtravel.gr cannot guarantee that error correction is possible with or without additional cost even if the user will immediate inform INVENTICS A.E, since sometimes many providers do not accept any error correction after the end of the booking procedure.

     

    1. CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS

    The ability to change or cancel a service provided by www.worldtravel.gr depends on the conditions set by the respective provider. The costs that may arise in case of a change or cancellation of a travel service are the sole responsibility of the user. In case the supplier gives to the user the right to cancel / change the default service, the user is obliged to send the request electronically to reservations@medevents.gr informing them accordingly and will have to receive an electronic confirmation of receipt within 24 hours. In case that the customer will not check in on the arrival date (non show), customer will be charged with the amount of his total stay.

     

    1. PRICES

    All prices shown on www.worldtravel.gr are final and are valid at the moment which availability has been requested. Each provider gives his price for the service which has been requested from the user that specific time, thus price differences may occur if same request will be sent by the user another time.

     

    1. EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY

    Information, pictures, hotel descriptions e.t.c presented at www.worldtravel.gr are offered by the providers. INVENTICS A.E – Worldtravel.gr is not responsible for any errors, mistakes, omissions, invalid information written by the providers, overbooking, denial of any provider or for any injury, destruction of property or other damages, expenses that may arise, force majeure or other causes beyond their direct control. In cases which INVENTICS A.E – www.worldtravel.gr has the liability for a problem occurred in a reservation, compensation from INVENTICS A.E  will be equal to the original amount of the reservation.

     

    1. REJECTION OF RESERVATION

    INVENTICS A.E. – www.worldtravel.gr has the right to reject any reservation order entered by the user after violation of the general terms of use of this website.

     

    1. APPLICABLE LAW

    The law applied to relations between users of the web site and INVENTICS A.E is exclusively the Greek Law. Thessaloniki’s Court have the responsibility to resolve disputes which might will arise between the parties.

     

    1. PERSONAL DATA

    Personal data voluntarily submitted by the users to INVENTICS Α.Ε – worldtravel.gr, are collected, stored, processed and used exclusively for the services agreed, within the framework of the legal regulations of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU 2016/679). INVENTICS A.E does not share personal data with third parties. In any case, users reserve the right to request their personal data erasure or update via email at info@worldtravel.gr.    INVENTICS A.E uses only the basic necessary personal information needed for the provision of services.
